12:00 Welcome note by the Director of Oxford Awards Agency Mr Ivan Savvov.
12:10-13:00 Presentations by participants. Time limit per participant: 10-15 minutes. Venue: EBA Council Chamber, 1 Woodin’s way, Oxford, OX1 1HD
13:00-14:00 Awards function. Venue: EBA Executive Lounge/EBA Academic Lounge, 2 Woodin’s way, Oxford, OX1 1HF
  
DRESS CODE:
• The dress code is business suit.
 
MEETING FORMAT:
• Each participant is allotted up to 15 minutes for their presentation, followed by the awards ceremony and a group photo
• Please submit your PowerPoint presentations 10 days before the event
• If your materials are not received by this deadline, your slides may not be included during the business meeting
• Due to limited space, no accompanied persons may be allowed to attend.
 
PARKING:
• Only drop off is allowed, there no parking facilities outside of the EBA Council Chamber.
