1. All fees are non-refundable. Important note for failed visa applications: obtaining Entry Visas is a sole responsibility of participants and failed visa applications are not eligible for refund.
2. If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, the award attributes will be shipped to your chosen address. No event or date changes are allowed.
3. In order to maintain high quality of its seminars and conferences OAA reserves the right to change speakers, format and topics.
4. All matters related to the customs, payment of taxes, duties and any other expenses related to delivering the awards are the sole responsibility of the client.
