Gene-Vinate Limited (GVN), is a jointly owned company, founded by Bio-Click Technologies Ltd (BCT) and China Nansha Technology Enterprises Ltd (ChiNansha) in October 2006. GVN is a biotechnology company engaged in the research & development, production, and commercialization of biotechnological products and systems. Stationed at both the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST) in Hong Kong, GVN is a member of the HKUST R&D Entrepreneurship Program. The name Gene-Vinate carries the meaning: "making use of molecular genetics to help rejuvenate our skin".
