junca is written in Japanese as "純化," meaning to bring everything back to its correct and pure state. junca established the junca Group in Japan in 2009. The company has been pursuing beauty based on the belief that true beauty is not only about how you look, but also about how you feel, and how you live, and that beauty = peace. junca has developed globally, and in the process has gained a lot of information, and at the same time decided to look at and address the issues of economic development facing Asia. As a result, we built the junca Platform, a project that uses blockchain technology to solve various problems such as remittances, currency exchange, data management, and employment to develop cross-border business.

The junca Platform

junca Platform was founded on the principle that "contributing to economic reform in Asia will lead to world peace". Based in the Philippines, junca Platform provides financial services such as overseas remittances, currency exchange, and on/offline payments using "blockchain" technology, which is becoming the new standard for fintech services, with the aim of further economic development of the Asian region and the creation of a "junca economic zone" in Asia. The proprietary junca Network employed by the junca Platform is a scalable blockchain (junca Chain) with strict security guarantees and a mechanism for safe and transparent transactions. The junca Chain's proprietary stablecoin, to be issued in the near future, will always be issued in an amount equal to the Philippine legal tender pesos, and will be backed directly by legal tender, creating a sound structure. In addition, the junca Platform will further enhance the value of human resources by establishing educational institutions and vocational training schools with the aim of developing human resources in Asia as a region. This will be a major step toward enriching the lives of the people of Asia. The junca Platform app, launched in April 2022, is scheduled for successive updates, and the project is currently underway to expand its market share both domestically and internationally.

The junca Platform's humanitarian assistance

As we aim for economic development, the solution to endemic poverty is within reach, and there is no other way than to address its root causes. We will continue our efforts to develop human resources in Asia by establishing educational institutions, vocational training schools, and scholarship programs. In addition, a portion of the proceeds from our projects will be used for humanitarian aid programs in Asia, and we are cooperating with major institutions in the Philippines in our donation activities. In 2021, we donated bread and drinking water to the National Police of the Philippines, and the donated goods were distributed to communities in need, for which we received a letter of appreciation from the Philippine Metropolitan Police. We are confident that these efforts will lead to world peace.

Dr. Hisayuki Nagatome - junca Holdings CEO

At the age of 18, Dr. Hisayuki Nagatome began working in the beauty industry which is regard of race or gender. After working as a hairstylist backstage at the 2005 Paris Collections, he became the first Asian to represent Japan in the World Style Contest. In 2009, based on his extensive overseas experience, he founded junca Japan Inc. and became CEO of the company, and since 2012, he has been based overseas and focused on the global expansion of junca salon.

In the process, he gained a lot of information and at the same time, he turned his attention to the economic development issues that Asia is facing. He conceived the junca Platform Project based on the philosophy that "contributing to economic reform in Asia will lead to world peace".

The junca Platform aims to develop human resources in Asia, which is in a state of flux, and to further increase the value of human resources by establishing educational institutions, vocational training schools, and scholarship programs, as well as to solve the international remittance problems faced by Overseas Filipino Workers by using blockchain technology to provide financial services.

He was awarded a doctor of humanity in 2018; launched the  junca Platform app in 2022 to help strengthen the Asian economy and achieve world peace through financial services. He has initiated partnerships with Philippine government agencies and has received attention from many major media outlets.
