The company owns and manages prominent luxury hotels and resorts in Cyprus, such as Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Limassol, The Landmark Nicosia, Aphrodite Hills Resort in Paphos, as well as the Nikki Beach in Porto Heli, Greece. MHV has acquired noteworthy real estate projects such as the Park Tower, the imminent development of The Landmark Towers and the residential units of Aphrodite Hills. Always looking to widen its portfolio, the company is also currently exploring a selection of significant projects across the wider Eastern Mediterranean area.

BRIEF PROFILE ABOUT Mr. Charis Michael, CEO of MHV
Mr. Michael’s vast experience in the hospitality and tourism industry includes various management roles within Hilton, while he also worked with Marriott International as Managing Director of Parklane a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa and previously as the Managing Director of The Landmark Nicosia. Today, Mr. Michael serves on the Board of Directors of numerous organisations including the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, The Cyprus Tourism Development Company Ltd, MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture Limited, Parklane Hotels Limited, Cyprus Tourism Development Company Limited, Aphrodite Hills Resort Limited, Stromay Holdings Limited, MHV Bluekey One, Porto Heli S.A., MHV Lifestyle Ltd. He is also a member of the Cyprus Hotel Association. He holds an MBA in International Business Administration and a BSc in Hotel Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, USA.
