The "Darling-L" Construction Company was established in 2002. The market in Albania at that time was looking for more and more investments in the field of construction. It was the first years of democracy and the needs for residential apartments, civil and industrial buildings were numerous. In the time of monism, Albanians often lived 2-3 families in an apartment, and the construction or building of residential buildings was a proper solution that the time required. Now after 20 years, Tirana is filled with buildings, new neighborhoods and there are demands again. Today, Tirana has turned into a metropolis with almost 1 million residents.
Thus, in 2002, the company "Darling-L" started and flourished, having as the main criterion of its work the quality of service and the fulfillment of deadlines. During these years, work has been done not only in Tirana, but also in Lezhe, Qerret (Kavaje) with civil buildings; and Kruje, Tirana-Lezhe Highway, Brar village (Tirana), with industrial buildings. The company has worked with non-governmental organizations and various rehabilitation projects.
The fact that this company has been evaluated by the International, specifically by the "GLOBAL TRADE LEADERS' CLUB" with the "INTERNATIONAL AWARD FOR CONSTRUCTION", in recognition of the commitment of this company to "Quality and Excellence in Service" in May 2018, these are undeniable values that this company has! Our works over the years:
- During 2002-2005, the "Darling" building complex was built in the area of Bryl. Equipping all clients with mortgages and the quality of work, completing the complex on time - the key points of success!
-During 2005-2006, the company "Darling-L" completed an 8-story residential and service building near the "Beselidhja" stadium in Lezhe.
-At the same time, deals with the reconstruction of the Hospital in Kruje, with the reconstruction of schools, industrial facilities in Prush, Tirana.
-During the year 2011-2014 built "Residential building plus services 1, 6, 8, 9 floors plus 1 parking floor in the area of Astir, Tirana.
- During the year 2014-2015, deals with the reconstruction of villas in the tourist village "Herbert" in Qerret.
-During 2016-2018, a 5-floor plus 1-basement residential facility is completed in Qerret de Kavaja, coastal area.
- During the year 2018-2019, he deals with the construction of a large-scale industrial facility in Lezhe. The object required particular and very special works, which were successfully completed by the company's working groups!
- Recently, another complex is under construction, "Residential and service complex with 5-6-8 and 9 floors with 2 and 3 floors of underground parking", in the "Ali Demi" area in Tirana, a giant project for which the company has been preparing for several years! Meanwhile, the first building has been completed and projects are being prepared for the start of three other buildings in this residential area.

The history of the "Darling-L" Construction Company dates back to the beginning of 2002, while preparing to start the first complex of buildings in the Bryl area, buildings which were successfully completed in 2005. Since then, the "Darling" company has only known walking forward and good luck!
