The MAA Medicare Charitable Foundation (The Foundation) has two non-profit arms namely the MAA Medicare Kidney Charity Fund (KCF) and the MAA Medicare Heart Charity Fund (HCF), both established with the purpose of assisting under privileged Malaysians suffering from kidney and heart related illnesses. As Malaysia does not have a national healthcare plan, when one is hit with major long terms illness like kidney failure or suffer cardiac problems, which are both exorbitant in cost, many simply are caught in the
