
Description
Hospital Kyjov is one of the leading infirmaries in the South Moravia region of the Czech Republic. It employs more than 1,000 people, including 160 full time doctors. The hospital has 15 clinical departments with inpatient care and 6 departments complement. Hospital has 497 acute beds, on which are every year hospitalized more than 22,000 patients. In outpatient clinics are treated every year over 225,000 patients. The hospital is fully equipped with technology, including magnetic resonance imaging, 256 slices CT, soon will receive SpectCT, MALDI etc. The hospital is not only the largest of the regional hospitals, but also economically the most successful and has the lowest mortality. The hospital has a large international co-operation, doctors, nurses and study personnel resolve many international studies phase Ib, II, III.
