Delmon Clinic & Diagnostic Centre, was founded by Dr. Mathew in 1995 in the coastal city of Cochin, India. It is a specialized centre approved and accredited by the Gulf Cooperation Council ( GCC ) to conduct medical screening and issue certificate of fitness as mandated by the GCC for all expatriate workers who travel to GCC countries from India.
