The Clinic was opened in April of 1996 and was the first private medical unit in the country after difficult year of post soviet era. In 2001 a new diagnostic center with catheterization laboratory was set up. The invasive electrophysiology department was established in February of 2003; on the basis of this department the first cardioverterdefibrillator in Georgia was implanted in August, 2003 and the first CRT-D in Georgia
