Yerevan Haybusak University was founded in 1990 and since then, it has become the largest private educational institution in Armenia. With 16 departments, undergraduate collete and high school, it is now the recognized leader of the country's private education.Yerevan Haybusak University is fully accredited by the State. In 2007, Yerevan Haybusak University, the Armenian Open University, the Institute of Diplomacy and Oriental Studies after H. Lazaryan, the Haybusak Undergraduate College, the Haybusak High School and several overseas educational institutions joined to form the International Academy of Education, an institution which would ensure the best possible quality of education by sharing resources, techniques and strategies of teaching. In 2010, the Roslin Institude of Design also joined the International Academy of Education (IAE).The staff of IAE have attended a number of trainings on e-learning and distance education and currently our university offers a wide range of electronic and onlin courses delivered by top-rated specialists with a degree of certificate in e-learning. A number of professional tranings are now available at the Haybusak University Training Centre, founded in 2008 and functioning successfully since then.
