The project was accomplished under the auspices of Social Foundation “The Educational Foundation of NursultanNazarbayev”. The lyceum is a branch of Foundation.

The aim of the project is to create specialized, private comprehensive boarding school with military lifestyle and Physics and Mathematics Learning, also Computer studies, English and Kazakh languages are enhanced studying subjects. Education and maintain of students are free (welfare) and this is the social dimension of the project.

Funding is provided by Social Foundation “The Educational Foundation of Nursultan Nazarbayev” and the Board of Trustees.

Children from low-income and multi-child families take priority of right in the process of students’ admissions.

The major purpose of the lyceum is to give a high level of education for boys, build up the characters such as courage, endurance, insistence, unflinching man, high level of culture, developed sense of patriotism and civic duty.

At the Lyceum students of 9, 10 and 11 grades are taught and they are different nationalities from all regions of Kazakhstan.

Students are provided with equipped classrooms and laboratories in modern style and rich library foundation which has more than 20 thousand books. Also they can use Internet and modern sports facilities.

High level of teaching at the Lyceum is achieved by modern technologies and highly qualified teachers.
