Since Salles, Sainz - Grant Thornton, S.C. was founded by Juan C. Salles †, Manuel Sainz, José Luis González Lozano † and Hector Pérez it has been committed to providing services to its customers with high standards of operation, such as professional quality, experience, personal and team commitment; always maintaining effective communication with owners and managers of companies. 

Nowaday we have offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Ciudad Juárez, Querétaro, Puerto Vallarta, León, Aguascalientes and Tijuana. We currently count around 1000 highly skilled professionals who provide painstaking attention and direct personalized care for our more than 2700 clients. 

I am a Certified Public Accountant; I have an MBA degree in the process. In more than 30 years of experience, I have always worked for Grant Thornton, including senior management, Board of Governors Advisor, business consulting, an audit of financial statements, taxes and corporate finance and spans sectors such as public, private, also industries as manufacturing, commercial, educational institutions, financial, governmental entities, hospitality. I am the First CEO in Salles Sainz Grant Thornton that is not a Founder Partner of the Firm. 

I began my career in 1989 as an assistant of Audit in the first level, developing my skills auspiciously. I turned as Associated, for then being assigned to the Grant  Thornton  Dallas,  Texas office,  for two years. I was promoted as an Audit Partner in 2002, then I was appointed Partner in charge of the practice of BPS in Mexico in 2004, opening and developing the services. To improve my commitment as a leader and enhance the business perspective, I was a Partner in charge of all administration in the Firm for 4 years, since 2010.  In April 2014, I was elected in the plenary session, as new Managing Partner and Chairman of Board of Governors in Grant Thornton Mexico, I was reelected by unanimous decision for a second period from August 2018 to July 2022 (with no limits reelections) Since I am as CEO, the Firm has had consistent activity in the net income always focus towards growth, in the last few years we have had a 125% profit. This year I became a Member of the Board of Governors in Grant Thornton International for a period of 4 years.
