Kemal Ciyrak founded KdedeC Consultancy and Training Company three years ago to share the expertise he has accumulated through more than four decades of professional experience in the defence and aviation industries in Turkey. Specializing in auditing, he also provides training and consultancy services.

He began his career in 1979 when he became a helicopter technician in the Turkish Air Force. Since then, he has accumulated expert knowledge in a wide range of related specialist topics. He is able to provide training to professionals to benefit their skills in relation to AS 9100 Lead Auditor, internal auditing, configuration training, risk education, process training, FOD-Forgain object damage training, FAI-First article inspection training, suspicious and counterfeit product training, ethics, and internal and external context education / swot analysis. In addition, he has exceptional understanding of the civil aviation rules and can provide consultancy and training to ensure compliance.

Over the years, Kemal has also received certify cation from many domestic and international training programmes. He has worked in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) for two years in the ‘HEMS PROJECT’. He worked with ASELSAN company in the Chile Helicopter Project. He has also spent two years working as a Cat-3 Certify cation Staff  at Basel-Jet Aviation. Kemal also served 25 years in the armed forces as the Quality Supervisor under the EASA PART-145 Roof at the Pal propeller workshop of the 5th Main Maintenance Centre Command and as Revolving Fund Treasurer as an additional duty. This included quality training to enable him to undertake high-level auditing and maintenance reviews. In the meantime, about 55 to 65 companies have the pleasure of establishing the AS9100 and other quality standard. Kemal prides himself on being honest, reliable, and tolerant whilst remaining dedicated to continuous development in order to remain a leader in this field. Kemal has audited TAI’s third party suppliers and has extensive experience of conducting first, second and third party audits. He is highly experienced in providing audits for systems, conformance, compliance, process, product, department, internal and proses.
