Mayfair Estates Ltd was established in the year 2007 and has grown to become one of the leading Real Estates Developing companies in Ghana winning various awards in the Industry such as Best Real Estates Developer of the Year 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. We have provided homes in gated communities for the middle to higher-income earners and from 2020 will be providing affordable homes for the lower-income earners.

By producing at least 70% of the materials used in building we are able to provide high-quality homes at affordable prices by cutting out middle men and hence passing on those gains to our clients. By using eco-friendly materials for production we are able to reduce the effect on global warming on the environment.
