In 2010 it is also given authority by BOOK. There are three main departments: Machinery facility valuation & real estate valuation for financial establishments, special projects & consultancy and urban transformation valuation. The central office is in Istanbul but also it has sub-offices in Ankara, Antalya, Gaziantep, Trabzon, Samsun, izmir, Antalya, Adana and Bursa in Turkey. Also it has liaison office in Beylikdiizu/istanbul. The company has three main business lines: Real estate and machinery valuation, special projects and urban transformation valuation.
